100% Satisfaction Guaranteed All dent repairs done by Hail Dents is backed by a comprehensive written - warranty that protects both the vehicle and the customer. Work is guaranteed to the customer's 100% satisfaction. If a certain dent is not repaired to the approval of the client, Hail Dents will first try to correct the problem area. If the dent can not be repaired to meet the customer's expectations, there is no charge for the panel in question. Some dents that are too large or in an awkward area can not be taken out 100% with the paintless process. In these cases, the customer will be notified first of the trouble before work is performed. In rare cases where the dent or dents are too large to be fixed with P.D.R., customers will be referred to a local body shop.
